Pope's Tavern boasts a traditional Italian menu based on the ower Scott Prisco's grandmother’s recipes who arrived in New York City in 1909. The recipes will be brought to life by head chef Anthony Grandepioggia. All pasta, sauces, and desserts will be made on-site daily.

His love for cooking Italian cuisine started as a kid, helping his mom and grandma in the kitchen making family recipes. Tony's cooking philosophy is simple, he believes quality ingredients and simple preparation make for exceptional food.
